How do I remove unused feeds from my account?

If you have unused or extra feeds registered to your account and would like them removed, please email support@fr24.com.

To help us verify ownership, either:

• send the request from the email address the feed is registered to, or
• if you're writing from a different email address, include the sharing key(s) for the feed(s) you would like us to remove.

Automatic removal of inactive feeds

Feeds that remain inactive are automatically removed after 6 months. Before this happens, we'll send you a reminder approximately one month in advance, giving you the opportunity to reconnect the feed or contact us if needed.
