To get reimbursed for the shipping cost, send a scanned copy or a photo of the postal receipt plus the email linked to your PayPal account to support@fr24.com. Alternatively, a transfer with Western Union would be possible - in that case, we would please need your name (as it appears on your ID), address, and phone number.
