Changing offline notification settings for Flightradar24 receiver or your feed

You can choose how long your Flightradar24 receiver or feed must be offline before we send you an email notification.

To change this setting:

1. Log in to your Flightradar24 account.
2. Go to Account → My Data Sharing.
3. Click Show Statistics.
4. Adjust the offline notification duration to your preferred value and save the changes.

This setting allows you to control when you'll be notified if your receiver or feed goes offline.

Note: The available options depend on the type of feeder you are using. 

• F feeds: You can change the offline notification interval, but the email notifications cannot be disabled.
• T feeds: You can both change the offline notification interval and disable offline notification emails entirely.
